School Sites
Boys & Girls Clubs of North County’s school-based sites are provided through ASES funding. The State of California provides funding for ASES before and after school programs for children to have extra opportunities to build academic skills, participate in enrichment activities and have a safe place to be before and after school. Regular attendance is required and students who cannot attend daily or who leave before the dismissal time of 6:00 p.m. may be removed from the program in order to enroll those who can follow the attendance requirements.

ASES Registration Procedure
If your child has been enrolled in the ASES program, had good attendance and behavior, they will be given a priority registration packet for the next school year. Packets are due back by May 26th. If packets are not received by the due date, the student will be subject to the open enrollment lottery.
Students wishing to enroll in the ASES program that are not eligible for priority enrollment will be entered into the open enrollment lottery. The lottery will be open from May 1st-June 30th. Students wishing to enter the lottery must complete an enrollment form. Forms can be picked up at our offices located at 445 E. Ivy Street.
The lottery will be closed June 30th with notifications beginning July 10th. Participants will have 5 business days from notification to accept their spot. Those not receiving a spot in the program through the initial lottery will remain on the waiting list throughout the year and contacted as spots become available.
Each school-based site conducts a morning program, in addition to the after school program. Your child must enroll specifically for the morning program. All registration and attendance requirements apply.
All school-based sites are closed on non-school days, however, all Club members may attend the Ingold Club. Please contact us at 760.728.5871 for specific hours of operation on non-school days.
